Welcome to tnye (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including bio link pages, URL shortening, QR code generation, and other web tools (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using tnye, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1) Eligibility
You must be able to form a legal contract in your jurisdiction to use tnye. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2) Your Account (If Applicable)
If you create an account:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse or violations of these Terms.
3) Using the Services
You agree to use tnye only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others or the platform.
You must not:
- Use the Services for phishing, scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Distribute malware, spyware, or harmful code
- Shorten or share links to illegal content or unlawful services
- Abuse, overload, or disrupt our systems (e.g., scraping, DDoS, automated flooding)
- Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or restricted areas
- Infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others
- Use the Services to harass, threaten, or promote violence
We reserve the right to remove content/links or restrict access to protect users and the platform.
4) Content You Create & Publish
You may be able to publish content via tnye (e.g., bio pages, shortened URLs, QR codes). You retain ownership of your content, but you are solely responsible for it.
By submitting content, you grant tnye a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate and provide the Services.
Public Pages
If you publish a public bio page, you understand it may be viewable by anyone with the link.
5) Link Shortener & QR Code Responsibility
You acknowledge:
- Short links and QR codes may be shared widely and accessed by third parties.
- You are responsible for where your links/QR codes lead and the content they promote.
- We may disable links or QR codes that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.
6) Analytics & Availability
We may provide analytics (clicks, scans, visits, referrers, etc.). Analytics are provided “as is” and may not be error-free.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause downtime.
7) Intellectual Property
The tnye platform, including the design, branding, logos, software, and features, is owned by tnye or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without written permission.
8) Third-Party Services & Links
tnye may include integrations or links to third-party websites/services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
9) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- We suspect abuse, fraud, or security risks
- We are required to do so by law
You may stop using the Services at any time.
10) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- the Services will always be available, secure, or error-free
- shortened links will never be blocked by third parties (browsers, networks, or security tools)
- analytics will be accurate or complete
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, tnye will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Services in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $0 if you used a free plan).
12) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless tnye and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- your use of the Services
- your content, links, or QR codes
- your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
13) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and change the “Effective Date.” Continued use of tnye after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
14) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where tnye operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
